Two weeks before Election Day, Philbert Noyce rides the train to his job at the Autofactory. That night, he watches the Uniparty Candidate's televised speech, during which he hears her say that we must "Kill all others".

After hearing the Uniparty Candidate say we must "Kill All Others" during her televised speech the night before, Philbert Noyce is surprised to find that no one is talking about it, not even his coworkers at the Autofactory. Whil riding the train home after work, he finds signs flashing the words Kill All Others, prompting him to pull the emergency break, which gets him banned from riding the train.

While his wife drives him to work, since he was banned from riding the train the dat before for pulling the emergency break, Philbert Noyce sees a crowd chasing down a woman in the street because she is an "other". That night, he calls into the Uniparty Candidate's televised speech to complain about the Kill All Others signs, attempting and failing to conceal his identify.



4October 22, 2054 21st Century: 30s and upEvents

October 22, 2054
After failing to conceal his identity when calling in to the Uniparty Candidate's televised speech the night before, Philip Noyce's coworkers refuse to talk to him. When he goes home, having to sneak into his house, he fights with his wife and hits her. When he leaves, he is chased up onto a Kill All Others billboard, from which he falls when he attempts to climb the body hanging from it. Afterward, the Candidate declares the success of the Kill All Others program, announcing a planned expansion.
