	The Lottery The sliders visit a world that has conquered overpopulation using a Lottery system, simply called The Lottery, administered by a government agency called The Lottery Commission. Citizens play by taking money from an automated teller - the more money you take, the greater chance to win. Winners basically get whatever they want for a day, party at The Lottery Winners Ball that night, and then the next morning they are given a painless death, and their beneficiaries are handsomely rewarded.
