	February 8, 1997 Date of letter to the Lord High Treasurer from Herbert. "My Lord, My last from this place to your Lordship, was of December the sixteenth, and I have since, pursuant to your commands, given Mr. Secretary the trouble of two Letters, of the first and thirteenth of last Month. I now return, because you are pleased to have it so, to go on with the long account of Affairs here, since I have sufficiently answered all other particulars, relating to our Negotiations at this Court, in those two former ones."
