	The Dalton Brothers U2 has been known to dress up as a country band called the Dalton Brothers, supposedly originating during their North American Joshua Tree Tour, during which they went out on stage before their real performance. U2 also appeared as their alter egos to accept three awards during the 1989 New Music Awards (October 26, 1989), for "Group of the Decade", "Album of the Decade" for the Joshua Tree, and "Song of the Decade" for Pride.
