Todd accidentally impales himself on his own spear when he attacks Dale. Mike accidentally falls into the wood chipper when he attacks Tucker. Sheriff Gurr accidentally kills himself leaning into a loose beam inside the cabin. Chuck accidentally shoots himself when he attempts to turn off the safety on the Sheriff's gun. Jason, Naomi and Chloe die in the fire that starts after they break in to rescue Allison.
