February 19, 1946 J. Edgar Hoover initiates the very first X-File regarding a series of murders during World War II in the northwest. Each victim was ripped to shreds as if by a wild animal. However, many of the victims were found at home, as if they allowed their killer to enter. After cornering and shooting an animal that fit the description, they found a man named Richard Watkins when they retrieved the body. Comments:
