      • Generations ago, a secret, unauthorized experiment by the Gowachins was carried out with the help of a contract with the Calebans. They isolated the planet Dosadi behind an impenetrable barrier called "The God Wall". On the planet were placed humans and Gowachin, with an odd mix of modern and old technology. The planet itself is massively poisonous except for a narrow valley, containing the city "Chu", into which nearly 89 million humans and Gowachin are crowded under terrible conditions. It is ruled by a dictator, many other forms of government having been tried previously, but without the ability to remove such things as the DemoPol, a computer system used to manipulate populaces without their consent or knowledge. The culture of ordinary day-to-day power in Dosadi is very violent. Among other tools, addictive psychotropes are used for handling power among hierarchies in organisations.

He is brought in to see how the library functions, and size it up for installation of one of his massive machines.

      • Although Homer makes several attempts to cheat - which he calls "Operation Slight Edge", Ned Flanders' duck comes in first in the Rubber Duck Race at Game at Reverend Lovejoy's Church Fundraiser, winning him a feMac computer, the computer designed just for women, which he gives to Marge in exchange for her babysitting Rod and Todd while he attends the Left Handers Convention. The "You've got mail" voice is Susan Sarandon. (Season 17 episode Bart Has Two Mommies)

      • A fictional computer is mentioned: A Foobar model 37 computer, and we're trying to hook up a Yoyodyne tape to it.

    • G.E.E.C.
      • Goodfellow's Effort-Eliminating Computer. When machines start operating by themselves, the Government asks the Justice League of America to investigate. The heroes arrive at G.E.E.C., where Professor Goodfellow shows the Super Friends his G.E.E.C. invention, which would free everyone of work and responsibility.     • HARDAC Machine
      • Machine that creates mechanical replicants to replace existing humans, with the ultimate goal of replacing all humans. The scientist that created the machine is named Karl Rossum, named for Rossum's Universal Robots in Karel Čapek's play R.U.R. One of the robots is seen driving a car with "RUR" as the license plate number. (episode Heart of Steel)

      • Also known as High-Optional, Logical, Multi-Evaluating Supervisor, Mark IV. The Lunar Authority's master computer that becomes self-aware and develops a sense of humor. Nicknamed Mike, after Sherlock Holmes' brother.

      • Professor Frink invention, with which you can absorb books instantly by attaching an electrode to the brain pan and another one to the loins. (Season 12 episode Insane Clown Poppy)

      • Tony Stark's natural-language user interface computer system, named after Edwin Jarvis, the butler who worked for Howard Stark.
      • Just A Rather Very Intelligent System. Tony Stark's natural-language user interface computer system.

    • JEH Power Computer
      • Wade uses a JEH Computer at Doppler Computer Superstore where she used to work to find out what's on the chip that Judge John Nassau gave her before he died. While she's there, the clerk suggests another computer if the Tolson's too slow. (Season 2 episode Time Again and World)

      • Also known as Judicious Omnicompetent Volitional Adaptive. Hugh and the Skippies' Matrioshka brain project. (Heaven's River)

    • K.E.V.I.N.
      • Knowledge Enhanced Visual Interconnectivity Nexus. Artificial intelligence responsible for making all of the decisions regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Unhappy with the way her finale is playing out, Jen punches her way into the real world and confronts her writers. (Season 1 episode Whose Show is This?)

      • A super computer created by VA Industries, designed to end all wars. When Kronos goes online, it quickly determines that mankind, itself, is the biggest threat to world peace and launches a worldwide robot attack to rid the world of the infection of man.

    • Kutuzov Computer
      • Orlov: In East Germany under my direct command, I have 31 divisions, including 11 tank divisions and another five in Czechoslovakia. In support, on the Russian western border are 60 divisions, including 22 tank divisions. In all, a 10-1 advantage. American and West German forces can field at most ten armoured divisions.       • Original A.I. from the Hive in the first movie that goes homicidal and attempts to kill all residents of the Hive in order to contain the infection.

    • The Red Queen
      • Mentioned during Alice's recap: The computer that controlled the Hive, a state of the art artificial intelligence that responded to the threat of the viral outbreak in an extreme way. She went homicidal. The Red Queen attempted to kill everyone, whether they were infected or not.
